TERMS OF SERVICE

The Sovereign Atlas (sovereign-atlas.com) is a curated intelligence directory of sovereignty-oriented locations — off-grid communities, crypto-friendly zones, coliving spaces, coworking hubs, and safe havens. Data is sourced from open-source intelligence (OSINT) and verified where possible.

Location data is provided for informational purposes. Conditions on the ground change. Always verify independently before making decisions.

Access is structured in three levels:

— CIVILIAN (Level 0): Free. Access to publicly available dossiers.

— OPERATIVE (Level 1): €9/month. Full access to verified dossiers, coordinates, and contact details.

— HANDLER (Level 2): €29/month. Full access including restricted zone intelligence and priority updates.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital content is made available immediately upon payment and expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

You agree not to:

— Scrape, copy, or redistribute database content in bulk

— Share account credentials or clearance access with others

— Use the service to plan or facilitate illegal activity

— Attempt to circumvent clearance restrictions by technical means

Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

Location data is aggregated from public sources and enriched via OSINT. We make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or current conditions of any listed location. The Sovereign Atlas is a research tool — not a booking platform, legal advisor, or relocation service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Sovereign Atlas is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its content. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bavaria.
